Since early 2025, Victor has been part of the Paraiba team. We thought it was about time to give a proper introduction to this inventive spirit and cheerful presence — the one who keeps “leaking little guys” everywhere.

Against the tyranny of perfection
Some of you may have already seen Victor’s quirky characters.
If he were an established artist, critics might say: “Victor works in a distinctly expressionistic style with elements of naivism, rejecting the tyranny of perfectionism with raw and immediate strokes.”
Victor himself puts it a bit differently: he’s just been doodling little guys off and on since high school.
“It started when I got tired of school,” he says with a grin. “These characters and figures just needed to get out. They kind of leak from my head.”
Most of them already come with names. Many appear as spontaneous commentary on whatever’s happening around him.
“I can’t draw — but I do it anyway,” Victor says. “Mostly, it’s just for my own enjoyment.”
At Paraiba, we think they’re utterly charming and we love when they pop up in the most unexpected places.
Discovering his graphic side
Victor studied game development at Blekinge Institute of Technology, followed by IT engineering at the University of Borås. After that, he worked at a well-known nuclear power plant in the region.
At Paraiba, he’s contributed as a copywriter — with a natural knack for language — but he’s also discovered that he has a sharp eye for visual expression and design.
Enjoying it more than he expected
Victor admits that working at Paraiba has turned out to be more rewarding than he initially expected.
And we can see the difference he makes. He’s easy to enjoy working with — and so are his little guys.
